Kids Kash

What is Kids Kash?

Kids Kash coupons are offered approximately 3-5 times per year during our Kids Kash promotional events. The dates of these special promotions are announced on our website, in our stores and through email blasts to our preferred customer list. Kids Kash coupons are distributed and redeemed during specific dates and allow you to save up to 50% off of your redemption purchase.

You may receive notification of new arrivals and special promotions, including Kids Kash offers, by joining our email list on our website at naartjiekids.com.

How do I earn Kids Kash?

If you meet the criteria of purchasing $50 or more (excluding applicable taxes and shipping), you will automatically receive a $20 Kids Kash coupon for every $50 that you spend before applicable taxes and shipping charges are applied during the earning periods. These coupons may be used during specified redemption periods as stated on the coupons.

Specific details for each Kids Kash Promotional Event will be clearly outlined in the events tab on our web site.

How do I redeem Kids Kash from an online order?

After placing your order online during the specified redemption period, customer must email the following items to websales@naartjie.com:

  1. Original order number (from when Kids Kash coupons were originally earned)
  2. Kids Kash Coupon number(s)
  3. Redemption Order number (from order placed during the specified redemption period)
When redemption order has been placed and email has been received and coupon numbers verified, a credit will be issued to the customer’s credit card for the appropriate amount. If email is received prior to order being finalized at the fulfillment center, the customer’s transaction will show the Kids Kash discount applied.

How do I redeem Kids Kash from a store phone or email order?

Upon receipt of merchandise purchased during the redemption period, customer must mail the following to the original store of purchase only:

  1. The original receipt from when Kids Kash coupons were earned
  2. The original Kids Kash coupons
  3. The receipt received for the items purchased during the redemption period
A credit will then be issued to the customer’s credit card for the appropriate amount. Coupon(s) and receipts must be received at the store location of original purchase within one month of the redemption period for credit to be issued. Any Kids Kash coupons that are received without the receipts cannot be processed and will be returned to the customer without credit being issued.

How does a return affect my Kids Kash?

A percentage of the Kids Kash discount will be lost on all returned or exchanged items. Kids Kash coupons must be surrendered if item(s) are returned and remaining purchase falls below qualifying amount.

Can my Kids Kash be combined with other promotions?

Coupons are not valid toward gift certificate purchases and may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions unless specifically noted during the promotion and/or redemption period. Naartjie shall determine the order of applying discounts at its sole discretion. Purchases made with Naartjie Kids Kash coupons are not eligible for price adjustments and no adjustments will be made on prior sales. Coupons may not be redeemed for cash.

Ordering Online

Why am I having trouble logging in to my account?

Our website is “case sensitive” which means you must enter your email address and password exactly as it was originally registered. If you need to have your password reset please email us at websales@naartjie.com

How do I place an order?

Search Naartjiekids.com by selecting category and collection from the menu. After browsing our collections simply select the item you would like to purchase by clicking on the corresponding green check mark in the color/size grid. Once you are done shopping click on the checkout button and follow the prompts through the checkout process.

Why do items disappear from my shopping cart?

Items can drop out of your shopping cart if they have been “saved” in the cart for more than 6 hours or if the item has since sold out before you completed the checkout process.

What size should I order?

We suggest that you refer to our easy-to-use size chart and simply check for the child’s height and weight to ensure a proper fit. The size chart is located under the size charts tab. Please note that the majority of our merchandise is pre-washed and per-shrunk when determining your size needs.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Naarjtie accepts the following credit card; American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. Naartjie paper Gift Certificates or Store Credits cannot be used online.

Is my credit card number secure?

Naartjie takes your security very seriously. We use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to ensure the security of your card number when it is transmitted. SSL is a method by which information is encrypted when being transmitted through the internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the most state-of-the-art encryption technology used on e-commerce sites today. We are doing everything to ensure the security of your information; however we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

How quickly will my order ship?

All Standard orders received Monday through Saturday prior to 11:00am MST through our shopping cart are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. For some major promotional events processing may take an additional day. Delivery normally takes 3 to 10 days after order processing for most locations within the U.S. and 10-14 business days outside of the U.S. For more shipping information see our shipping tab.

How will my order ship?

Orders are shipped either with USPS or UPS depending on destination, package size, weight, etc.

Can I ship my order outside of the United States?

Naarjtie Online currently ships to all U.S. Territories, Canada, and Japan. We hope to expand our services over the next twelve months. For orders needing to be shipped to any country not listed above, please e-mail or phone any one of our store locations and they can assist you in placing your order. Store contact information is listed under the store locations tab. We make every attempt to ship worldwide for our customers.

Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us at websales@naartjie.com as soon as possible. Include the order number and we will let you know if the order is available for cancellation. Once your order has entered into the processing stage we are not able to cancel it.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We are not able to change an order once it has been placed. It compromises the integrity of our online inventory and allows customers to order items we do not actually have. In some instances we may be able to cancel an order. You will need to email us at websales@naartjie.com as soon as possible to see if that is an option with your specific order.

Why am I being charged tax on my order?

Naartjie is required by law to charge sales tax on any order that is shipping within a state where we have a physical presence. The sales rate applied to your order is based on the shipping address. Some states do require a tax to be charged on shipping fees as well as merchandise.

How do I exchange items from an online order?

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges from orders placed online. It compromises the integrity of our online inventory and allows customers to order items we do not actually have in stock. You will need to order the items you are wanting either via our online shopping cart or from one of our store locations, if the items are no longer available online. Then mail the items you don’t want back to us, along with the receipt and packing list within 60 days of purchase. Once we receive the return items we will issue you a credit for the amount paid for them.

How do I return items?

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Returns should be mailed to the store where they were originally purchased. For online purchases returns can be mailed to the address below. Please include your receipt, packing list or thank you card with the return. Our web fulfillment center is not able to process returns for orders that were made at a physical store location. Why won’t my promotional code work?

All promotion codes must be used within the specified time frame. If you are using the code during it’s valid dates you must enter the code exactly as it appears in the coupon code box during checkout, you then need to hit the orange “apply” button for the promotional discount to show. If you are still experiencing problems, please place the order and then email websales@naartjie.com with your order number and we will be happy to apply the promotion before the order is processed.

What do I do if my package shows it has been delivered and I did not receive it?

Since the item is showing as being delivered, please check with everyone at the delivery address to ensure it has not been received and you may also want to check with your local post office.

If the package is still missing, you can file a Mail Theft form with the post office. This can be done online at http://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MLNtRcvd.aspx. The Postal Service has a separate task force that tracks down and tries to find any parcel that is reported as being stolen.

How do I purchase and redeem Gift Certificates?

Naarjtie Gift Certificates can be purchased by calling, emailing or going into any of our Retail Store Locations. Store contact information is listed under the store locations tab.

Gift certificates may be redeemed at any store location most convenient to you. Unfortunately we are not able to presently redeem gift certificates through our web site at this point in time.

Does Naartjie offer gift wrap?

We wrap all web-based orders in our decorative tissue paper and include a gift receipt with any order that has different shipping and billing names/addresses. We are happy to include a note with any gift, simply email websales@naartjie.com with what you would like the note to say.

How do I exchange items I received as a gift?

Please email any one of our physical store locations with the items you are wanting and let them know it is for an exchange. All store contact information is listed under the store locations tab. The store associate will be happy to assist you with the gift exchange process.

Does Naartjie allow franchising?

Naartjie designs, manufactures and retails our fashions exclusively through Naartjie owned stores and through our web site. We do not offer any franchises or distribution to outside sources at this time.

Who can I speak to regarding an experience I had in a Naarjtie store?

We want your shopping experience at Naartjie Kids to be memorable! If you would like to let us know about an experience you had in one of our store locations please contact the Store Manager at the store nearest you. What do I do if I received a defective item?

At Naartjie we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you feel that the item you received is defective please send it back to the location from which it was purchased for a full refund, including return shipping fees. If you would like a replacement for the item(s), please place a new order and we can in turn remove the shipping charge for the replacement item. You will need to send a follow-up email with the order number to websales@naartjie.com.

How do I find out about new merchandise?

To receive information regarding new collections, promotional events, recently reduced merchandise or new store.openings please join our email list by registering your email address in the link found at the bottom of this page…it’s fast and easy. You will have the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

What happens if an item is out of stock after my order is placed?

We make every effort to ensure the integrity of our online inventory system. However, occasions can arise that cause an item to become out of stock and not allow us to fulfill your order request. When this happens you will be notified by email of the item that is no longer available and the item will be removed from your order with no charge placed to your account for that item. We make every attempt to fill each order 100%.

Why don’t the colors match exactly?

One of the unique features of our clothing is that we use all natural dyes in our garment dying processes so there can be slight variation in coloring. Our styling is a mix and match concept, by layering various colors together you can get a truly unique outfit. Many customers will put pants under different color skirts with a coordinating top. If you are not happy with the items you ordered they can be returned. Please follow our returns procedure listed above.

Price Adjustment

Does my purchase qualify for a price adjustment?

Two criteria need to be met in order to qualify for a price adjustment.

  1. The price reduction must qualify for an adjustment. This means the price reduction cannot be a "date specific" event (IE: prices valid from 11/11 - 11/18) or state "no adjustments on prior purchases."
  2. If the reduction qualifies, the request must be made within 7 days of the original order date.

How can I receive a price adjustment

  • Stores offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt is presented within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • This policy may not apply on individually specified special promotions.
